Question : SUBMISSION OF ACCOUNTS BY STATE GOVERNMENT COMPANIES

(a) the number of State Government companies which failed to submit accounts to AGCR for audit by March 31,1998; and

(b) the action taken to pin down the responsibility for this lapse on the defaulting companies and legal action taken to expedite clearance of huge arrears of accounts alongwith the results achieved in this direction so far?
