(a) whether the Government has observed any violation of Forest Rights Act, 2006 at the ongoing mining projects at Hasdeo Arand Forests; and
(b) if so, the details thereof and measures initiated by the Government in this regard; and
(c) whether the Government proposes to amend the Forest Rights Act; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
(a) As per information received from the State Government, who, as per Forest Rights Act, 2006, is responsible for implementation of various provisions of the Act, no violation of Forest Rights Act, 2006 at the ongoing mining projects at Hasdeo Arand Forests has been observed.
(b) Does not arise.
(c) There is no proposal to amend the Forest Right Act.
(d) Does not arise.
