(a) the number of schemes pending for financial assistance with HUDCO from various States especially form Maharashtra, State-wise;
(b) whether HUDCO has any agency for monitoring the utilisation of loans provided; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?

(a): State-wise details of housing & urban infrastructure
schemes pending with HUDCO are given at Annexure-I. Details of
housing & urban infrastructure schemes from Maharashtra, pending
with HUDCO at Regional Office (RO) and Headquarters are given at
Annexure-II.
(b)&(c): HUDCO has its own full fledged multi-disciplinary
project appraisal and monitoring team and all sanctioned
projects are monitored by the contiguous Regional Office and
Zonal Office in all states/UTs.
