(a)&(b) India has different Negative Lists for different Free Trade Agreements
(FTA) partners. During ASEAN-India meeting in January, 2007, ASEAN member
countries and India have agreed to maintain, under ASEAN-India FTA, a Negative
List of 490 items for each country with a maximum cap of 5% of import value.
(c) Response of ASEAN member countries is awaited.
