whether the Union Government have received any information with regard to Pakistan`s Military ruler openly defending the Pakistani terrorist outfits, who have given a call of `Jehad` (religious war) against India; and

(a) &(b)Pakistan`s sponsorship of cross-border terrorism in the State of Jammu & Kashmir and elsewhere in India continues . Official agencies of Pakistan support various terrorist groups that are based in Pakistan. Pakistani leaders have repeatedly sought to justify terrorist actions of these groups as jehad.
