(a) the number of schemes undertaken by the DONER in the State of Assam that have remained incomplete, half-complete or not yet started in the last ten years;
(b) the total quantum of unutilized funds remaining with the Ministry of DONER in view of incomplete, half-complete and not yet started schemes; and
(c) whether there is any new plan to utilise this unutilised fund remaining at the disposal of DONER?

(a) There are 243 projects which were sanctioned during last 10 years for the state of Assam under various schemes of the Ministry of DoNER, out of these 195 projects are ongoing and at different stages of implementation. In addition 51 projects of NEC are ongoing at different stages.
(b) and (c) The amount of unutilized funds lying with state government against these ongoing project are to the tune of Rs.638.25 crore. The state government is in the process of utilizing this unspent amount.
