(a) whether the Union Government are formulating any scheme for the renovation of dilapidated `Dev Somnath` temple, a unique and rare form of architectural beauty of 12th century under the archaeological department located at Dungarpur district of Rajasthan;

(b) if so, the details thereof; and

(c) if not, the reasons thereof?

(a), (b) & (c): The Deo Somnath Temple in Dungarpur District in Rajasthan is maintained and conserved by the Archaeological Survey of India. The main temple is in good state of preservation. However, essential repairs are executed from time to time based on actual requirements and availability of funds.
