Orissa regarding inclusion of Konda/Reddy/Konda Reddy communities of Orissa in the Constitution

a). Yes, Madam. The Ministry of Tribal Affairs has received the proposal from the
State Government of Orissa for inclusion of “Konda Reddy/Konda Reddi†in the list of
Scheduled Tribes in Orissa.
b). The proposal has been processed in accordance with the modalities approved by the
Government on 15/06/1999 for determining the claims for inclusion in, exclusion from and
other modifications in the Orders specifying Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes lists.
