a) whether the Government has received proposals from the States for allocation of funds and external funding for various ongoing and new infrastructural projects in the States including Rajasthan;
b) if so, the details thereof; and
c) the action taken by the Government thereon?

(a) and (b): The proposals or various ongoing and new infrastructural projects in the States including Rajasthan are received from States through concerned Line Ministries for external funding through World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), JICA (Government of Japan), KFW (German Development Bank), AFD (French Agency for Development), European Investment Bank, etc. The details of various infrastructure projects in respect of State of Rajasthan is given in Annex.
(c): The project proposals are received from various States through the line Ministries, who duly appraise and prioritize the same and recommend it for posing to the concerned bilateral partner/ multilateral institutions for external assistance. The project start after the loan is cleared from Debt sustainability angle and becomes effective.
