(a) to (c): No, Sir. Government administers the Central Sector Integrated Scheme on Agricultural Cooperation (CSISAC) for the development, promotion, education & training of cooperatives in the country. Under this scheme no grant is provided to States/UTs. Grants are provided to the implementing agencies only, namely, the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC), the National Council for Cooperative Training (NCCT) and the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI). The details of flow of funds under the above Scheme during the last 7 years are given as under:-
