Dispensary-wise in Karnataka; and
(b) the names of super speciality hospitals and diagnostics laboratories in the
State Karnataka recognised as Referral Hospitals under the CGHS?

(a): In the state of Karnataka, C.G.H.S. facilities are available only in Bangalore. There are
10 allopathic wellness centres and 1 Polyclinic under CGHS, Bangalore. The Doctors posted in
the wellness centres extend their services to the beneficiaries as General Duty Medical
Officers. However, all General duty medical officers possessing Post-Graduate qualifications
work as Nodal specialists in the concerned speciality.
(b): The names of super speciality hospitals and diagnostic laboratories in Bangalore
enpanelled as referral hospitals under the CGHS is at Annexure.
