Question : Ship Accidents Abroad

(a) the details of Indian ships that met with accidents abroad during each of the last three years and the current year;
(b) the loss of men and material, if any, as a result thereof; and
(c) the steps taken by the Government to help the affected Indians in these accidents?

(a)to(c):Four Indian ships during the year 2015, 3 in 2016, 4 in 2017 and nil in 2018 (till January, 2018) have met with accidents abroad. However, there was no loss of Indian men and material in these accidents have been reported.
