in power projects in view of a lot of problems being faced by the
power sector in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the steps taken by the Government to remove the problems
being faced in erecting power projects and improving the

(a)&(b) : No, Madam. Ministry of Power has no report regarding
developers proposing to sell their stakes in power Projects due to
problems being faced by the Power Sector in the country.
