(a): Yes, Madam. The Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) is investigating irregularities in payment of compensation for land acquisition
for the construction of Western Dedicated Freight Corridor in Vadodara region.
(b): A regular case No. RC029 2012A 0001 dated 02.01.2012 has been registered on the basis of preliminary enquiry.
(c): No, Madam.
(d): Does not arise.
