(a) whether the Government has received a proposal from the Government of Gujarat to develop Sant Nagari of Sabarkantha district in the State for the purpose of tourism;
(b) whether the Government has been requested for funds under PRASAD scheme in this regard;
(c) if so, the details of the funds allocated for the proposal; and
(d) the action taken by the Government in this regard?

(a): The Ministry of Tourism has received letter from the State Government of Gujarat to accommodate Santnagari project under PRASAD Scheme.
(b) to (d): The Ministry of Tourism has launched National Mission on Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual Augmentation Drive (PRASAD) scheme in the year 2014-15 for development and beautification of pilgrimage sites in the country. Under the scheme the projects are undertaken for development at pre identified sites. The Ministry has so far identified Dwarka and Somnath in the State of Gujarat among 23 sites in the country for development under the scheme.
The Ministry of Tourism has not requested for any funds under PRASAD scheme for this proposal.
