(a)whether the Government has enhanced the capacity target under the Solar Parks Scheme;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government proposes to set up more number of solar parks in Maharashtra to achieve the target; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) &(b) The Government has enhanced the target for setting up of solar parks from 20,000 MW to 40,000 MW capacity under the Scheme for “Development of Solar Parks and Ultra Mega Solar Power Projects”.
(c) &(d) Three proposals have been received from Government of Maharashtra for setting up solar parks. All the three proposals have been granted in-principle approval by the Government. The details are as follows:
(i) Dondaicha Solar Park (250 MW)
(ii) Patoda Solar Park (500 MW)
(iii) Sai Guru Solar Park (500 MW)
