(a) whether Railways have invited tenders regarding construction of road on either side of Darbhanga Sakri station crossing;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the current status thereon including the reasons for delay; and
(c) the timeframe fixed for its completion?

(a) & (b): There is no location by name Darbhanga Sakri station crossing. However, tender for repairs to approach road of Sakri station at an approximate cost of Rs. 51.9 lacs were opened on 31.01.2014. Due to a complaint lodged by a tenderer on 31.01.2014 with the local police, the matter remained under investigation by local police. The investigation report from local police has been received on 07.08.2014 and processing of tender has now been taken up.
(c): Five months from the date of award of the work.
