(a) & (b)Yes, Sir. During the 9th Plan Period and first year of the 10th Plan, the planning Commission
reviewed the Centrally Sponsored Schemes being implemented by the Ministry of Social Justice &
Empowerment and recommended the rationalization and merger of some schemes as under:
