(a) whether the Ministry of Finance is providing only 40 per cent of the funds required for maintenance and repair of the National Highways (NHs) in the country;
(b) if so, whether his Ministry has held any discussion with the Ministry of Finance in this regard and if so, the details and the outcome thereof;
(c) the funds received from the Ministry of Finance for maintenance and repair of NHs during the last three years and the current year; and
(d) the funds spent by his Ministry for the purpose during the said period?
