(a) whether the Government proposes to review the guidelines of Community Development Through Polytechnic Scheme which was earlier under the Ministry of Human Resource Development and now is under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship;
(b) if so, the details in this regard; and
(c) if not, the plans of the Government for conducting review of the said guidelines so as to implement the said scheme effectively?
(a) Yes Sir. The Government proposes to review the guidelines of Community Development Through Polytechnics (CDTP) sub-scheme which was earlier under the Ministry of Human Resource Development and is now under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
(b) The existing CDTP guidelines were approved by Ministry of Human Resource Development in the year 2009. The draft of new guidelines has been prepared and is under consideration within the Ministry.
