(a) the details of AYUSH Hospitals and Dispensaries operating across the country, State/UT-wise including district-wise in Gujarat;
(b) whether the Government has taken any steps for standardization of Ayurvedic, ethnic and traditional medicinal herbs;
(c) if so, the details thereof; and
(d) the time likely to be taken to implement the same?

(a): The details of Ayush Hospitals and Dispensaries operating across the country, State/UT-wise including district-wise in Gujarat as per the Annual Statistical Publication “AYUSH IN INDIA-2020” of the Ministry of Ayush is furnished at Annexure-I.
(b), (c) & (d): Yes, Sir. Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H), on behalf of Ministry of Ayush lays down Pharmacopoeial Standards and Formulary Specifications for Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani & Homoeopathy (ASU&H) drugs which serve as official compendia for ascertaining the identity, purity and strength of the drugs included therein. List of publications published till date is furnished at Annexure – II.
Further, being an appellate laboratory for testing of ASU&H drugs; samples received from Government agencies especially from the Hon’ble court etc. are being tested for ensuring compliance to the prescribed standards.
