REGARDING RAILWAY LINE BETWEEN MANMAD-NARGANA.
(a)& (b): A survey for construction of new broad gauge line from
Manmad to Indore via Dhule-Nardana-Shirpur (350 kms) has been
completed during 2004-05. As per the survey report, the cost of
construction of this line has been assessed as Rs.1001.16 crore
with a negative rate of return. State Government has been requested
to examine sharing the cost of the project to the extent of minimum 50%.
