(a) whether it is a fact that the Government has ambitious plans for setting up logistics parks in the country;
(b) if so, the details thereof, State-wise; and
(c) the locations where logistic parks are proposed to be set up in the State of Maharashtra along with the time frame set for the purpose?

(a) Yes
(b) The State wise list of 35 Multi-modal Logistics Parks approved by CCEA under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I is attached as Annexure-I.
(c) 1. National Highways and Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), a 100% subsidiary of NHAI has been set up to enhance logistics efficiency and to manage allied highway assets of NHAI.
2. Out of approved 35 MMLPs under Phase-I of the Bharatmala Pariyojana, 04 MMLPs are in the state of Maharashtra. The status of the 04 MMLPs are given below:
? Nagpur – Tender for development of MMLP invited.
? Mumbai – In feasibility/ DPR stage.
? Pune – In feasibility/ DPR stage.
? Nashik – In Pre-feasibility stage.
MMLPs have been planned to be developed in phases on PPP (BOT) basis. Completion of first phase enabling commercial operations within 2 years of start of the project is part of approved Modal Concession agreement for MMLPs.
