(a) whether the Government proposes opening doors for the milk producing countries like New Zealand and Australia to trade milk in the country;
(b) if so, whether the Government evaluated the impact of this milk trade on the domestic farmers who are contributing agriculture accounts for India’s GDP, a major portion of which is from milk; and
(c) the progress till date?
