(a) whether the Government have devised any mechanism to provide the latest technology for petrol blending process knowhow for anhydrous ethanol (fuel ethanol) to the petrol producers;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c) No, Sir. Oil companies being separate commercial entities are free to evolve a suitable technology for blending of anhydrous ethanol with petrol.
