(a) the names of the agencies implementing the Scheme of Assistance to Disabled
Persons for Purchase/Fitting of Aids & Appliances (ADIP);
(b) the funds provided to such agencies during 2004-05 and 2005-06, agency-wise;
(c) whether utilization certificates from them have been received by the Government;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(a) the measures taken by the Government for proper utilization of funds by such
agencies?

(a) and (b) The names of the implementing agencies and funds provided to them
during 2004-05 and 2005-06 are available at website of Ministry
www.socialjustice.nic.in
(c), (d) and (e) The implementing agencies are required to utilize the grant by the end
of the financial year or latest by the end of first quarter of the next financial year.
Utilization Certificate for the grant should invariably be submitted within 18 months
of the closing of the financial year in which grant is given. Further grant is given only when UC of previous grant is provided.
