(a) whether the Railways proposes to revive rail service from Amguri (Assam) to Tuli (Nagaland);
(b) if so, the details and the present status thereof;
(c) the estimated cost of the project; and
(d) the time frame set for completion of the said project?

(a) & (b) At present, Amguri-Tuli section is operational and is being used for operation of freight trains only. At present, there is no proposal to start passenger service.
