(b) & (c) The Central Government has imposed anti-dumping duty on imports of various chemicals from China PR, viz Sodium
Nitrate, Sodium Hydrosulphite, Titanium Dioxide, Sodium Formaldehyde Sulphoxylate, Sulpher Black, l~PhyneyI-3-Methyl-5-
PyrazoIone, Paramtroaniline and Potassium Carbonate used in production of pesticides and dyes. This was on the basis of
recommendation of Directorate General of Anti-Dumping and Allied Duties (DGAD) in anti-dumping investigations establishing
injury to the concerned domestic industries,
(d) & (e) Anti-Smuggling Unit of Central Board of Excise and Custom is collecting information from their field formations.
