third railway line on Fatehpur railway station of Sitapur-Budhwal

(b) If so, whether the construction work has been started;
(c) If so, since when; and
(d) If not, the reasons for the delay?

(a) : Yes, Sir. Work of 3rd running line at Tehsil Fatehpur has been included
in Budget 2006-07.
(b): No, Sir.
(c) & (d): This is a new work included in Budget 2006-07 and preliminary
activities like finalization of yard plan, detailed estimate and tender take
time which are under process.
