(a) the number of toilets constructed completely during the last three years under Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM);
(b) the number of toilets being used and not being used out of these; and
(c) the details of incentives being given by the Government to use the toilets which are not being used State-wise?

(a) 7,66,00,231 Individual household latrines (IHHLs) have been constructed under Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) [SBM(G)] during last three years.
(b) As per National Annual Rural Sanitation Survey (NARSS) Report 2018-19, 96% of those having access to toilets used them regularly.
(c) Under SBM(G), incentive upto Rs. 12,000 is provided to all the eligible rural households for construction and use of individual household latrines.
