(a) the number of projects approved for the supply of potable water in each subsidiary of Coal India Limited including Central Coalfields Limited and Bharat Coking Coal Limited during the last three years, till date;
(b) the number of projects out of those completed, under construction and still pending; and
(c) the amount sanctioned/provided for these projects?

(a) to (c) The details of potable water supply schemes
indicating number of projects approved, completed and
pending for completion alongwith sanctioned amount in
respect of each subsidiary company of Coal India Limited
including Central Coalfields Limited and Bharat Coking Coal
Limited during the last 3 years i.e. 1997-98, 1998-99 and
1999-2000 are given as under :
