(a) & (b) Yes Madam. Ministry of Labour and Employment, has initiated steps for reforming labour laws and addressing hindrances in compliance which include development and launch of a unified Web Portal ‘Shram Suvidha Portal’, initiating exercise for drafting the Small Factory Bill and labour codes to bring transparency and accountability in enforcement of Labour Laws keeping in view the requirement of industry and interest of labour.
