(a) the details of rice, wheat and other crops procured during the last three years,
State-wise and year-wise;
(b) the number of farmers benefited from the said procurement State-wise and year-wise;
(c) whether the payments due to farmers for procurement of their crops has since been
cleared; and
(d) if so, the details thereof, State-wise and year-wise?

(a): The state-wise and year-wise details of rice, wheat and coarsegrains procured during the
last three years are at Annexure-I.
(b): the state-wise and year-wise data regarding number of farmers benefited under the procurement
operation is not maintained by the Government.
(c)&(d): FCI has informed that it is their endeavour to release the payment to farmers within 48
hours of the purchase of the stocks, at centers of FCI.
