(a) whether various contractors are not making payments to the South Eastern Coalfields
Limited (SECL) on account of lease rent, electricity, maintenance and water supply;
(b) if so, the Company-wise details thereof;
(c) whether there has been any audit objection in this regard; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and steps taken by the Government in this regard?
