The Functional Directors in CPSEs are selection posts to be filled in on the basis of recommendations of Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) and after approval of competent authority. The Government Directors are nominees of the concerned administrative Ministry and other concerned Government agencies/Ministries/State Governments.
