Question : Total Sanitation Campaign

(a) whether some States have not fully utilised the funds allocated under Total Sanitation Campaign (TSC) during each of the last three years and the current year;

(b) if so, the details thereof, State-wise;

(c) whether the Government proposes to issue guidelines for utilisation of funds in order to ensure effective implementation of TSC; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (d) The Government has not been implementing any scheme in the name of ‘Total Sanitation Campaign’ (TSC) since the last three years.
