(a) the number of persons having their own aircraft, name-wise;
(b) whether any person in the North- Eastern Region owns a private aircraft, if so, the details thereof;
(c) the types of these aircraft and the time since they own these aircraft including the cost of each aircraft;
(d) the airports/airstrips where these aircraft are kept; and
(e) the number of private aircraft being kept at Delhi airport and the names of their owners?

(a) to (e): As per the information available with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), 110 number of persons/organization have their own private aircraft.
However, aircraft wise details for cost is not maintained separately.
Out of these, as per the DGCA records, 08 number of private aircraft have Usual Station (parking place allotted by airport operator) at Delhi.
