(a) whether the Andhra Pradesh Spinning Mills Association has submitted a representation through the representative of people for financial assistance under the Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS);
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the time by which the financial assistance is likely to be provided?

(a) & (b): Yes, Madam. Such representation was received in this Ministry regarding pending cases of subsidy in respect of left out cases and black out period cases.
(c):The Ministry of Textiles has taken up reconciliation of data in respect of Left Out cases and Black Out period cases. This work is expected to be completed in the next two-three months. Thereafter, the Ministry will move proposal for additional funds for approval of the Govt. in this regard.
