States during 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 so far;
(b) the amount and rate of royalty paid to each State;
(c) whether any enactment or regulatory model is contemplated to enable the States to have their own policy for exploitation of their
petroleum and gas resources; and
(d) if so, the steps taken and to be taken in regard thereto?
