(a) whether there has been decreased in the number of applicants
aspiring to enter the defence forces at the officers’ level over the
years;
(b) if so, the details thereof during the last three years;
(c) the action taken by the Government to attract more applicants
to the armed forces; and
(d) the number of students from Sainik Schools recruited in the
armed forces during the last three years, year-wise?
