Question : CLAIMS PENDING SETTLEMENT

(a) whether any claims pertaining to death of Indians on account of riots/ bomb blasts in the United Arab Emirates pending;

(b) if so, the details of such pending claims during the last three years and the current year;

(c) the reasons for the pendency of claims;

(d) the current status of settlement of these claims; and

(e) the action taken by the Government to get the matter expedited by the UAE Government?

(a): No, Sir. There have been no reports of riots or bomb blasts received in the Indian Missions in the United Arab Emirates for the last three years and the current year.
