Further, work of construction of bypass for Kolhapur is in bidding stage. These works have been taken up under various schemes for funding.
(e) & (f) The Ministry keeps on receiving proposals from various State Governments/UTs, etc., including the State of Maharashtra, for construction of bypasses, flyovers and widening of NHs. The Ministry considers these requests from time to time based on the requirement of connectivity, inter-se priority, traffic and availability of funds.
