(a) the funds approved and released under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) and National Food Security Mission (NFSM) during the last three years and the current year, State-wise; and
(b) the funds utilized under RKVY and NFSM during the last three years?

(a)&(b): Allocation to the States/UTs under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY) is made based on allocation criteria specified in the Scheme guidelines. Funds are released to the States/UTs based on projects approved by the State Level Sanctioning Committee (SLSC) headed by the Chief Secretary of the concerned States/UTs. Allocation under National Food Security Mission (NFSM) is made based on Annual Action Plan (AAP) of the States/UTs approved by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The state-wise funds allocated, released and utilization reported by the states under RKVY and NFSM during the last three years and the current year is given at annexure-I and annexure-II respectively.
