Question : COAL WASHERIES

(a): the number of coal washeries functioning under different subsidiaries of Coal India Limited alongwith the production capacity and production of each washery during each of the last three years;

(b): the expenditure per ton of coal cleansing in washeries washery-wise;

(c): the pit mouth value of coal per ton after passing through the washeries;

(d): the ash content of coal before and after passing through the washereis, washery-wise;

(e): whether any washery has been installed in Mahanadi Coalfield Ltd.; and

(f): if not, the reasons therefor?
