(a) Yes, Sir. The minority education cell was set up in the year 1998.
(b) No funds have been allocated exclusively for the said purpose in any year.
(c) & (d) The following schemes have been formulated by the government for development of the minorities educational institutions:-
(i) Area Intensive Programme for Educationally Backward Minorities with the objective to provide basic infrastructure and facilities in areas of concentration of educationally backward minorities which do not have adequate provision for elementary and secondary education.
