(a) whether the Government has approved the proposals of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) for National Literacy Mission during the last three years and the current year, State-wise;
(b) if so, the total funds allocated to NGOs during the said period, State-wise;
(c) whether the Government has made any assessment of the works carried out by the said NGOs; and
(d) if so, the outcome thereof?

(a) & (b): Yes Madam. National Literacy Mission Authority granted approval for setting up of four State Resource Centres (SRCs) under the aegis of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) during the last three years and the current year. State-wise details of these SRCs are as under:-
