(a) whether there is any proposal for establishment of handloom clusters in Madhya Pradesh;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the details of the funds allocated along with the location identified for the said purpose; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b): The Government of India, has sanctioned 5 Block Level Handloom Clusters under National Handloom Development Programme(NHDP) in Madhya Pradesh in 2015-16. Cluster-wise amount released as 1st instalment is as follows:-
