(a) the allocation of funds under the heads of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Gramin (PMAY-G), Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme(MGNREGS), Rural Infrastructure Development Fund(RIDF) and other development schemes from 2014 to till date in the districts of Kalimpong, Darjeeling and North Dinajpur of Assam, District Kurukshetra of Haryana, Alipurdwar in West Bengal and district Etawa of Uttar Pradesh along with the details of utilisation of the funds;
(b) whether the Government is aware of allegationsof massive corruption in projects undertaken underPMGSY, PMAY, RIDF, and other development schemesin the districts mentioned above and if so, the follow upaction taken by the Government thereon;
(c) whether any audit has been conducted by theGovernment and C&AG for centrally funded projectsunder PMGSY, PMAY, RIDF and other developmentschemes and if so, the details of the audit report in thisregard; and
(d) if not, the reasons for the same?
