Question : ICAR SCAM

(a) whether the Government`s attention has been drawn to the news-item `Scientist is shunted out for highlighting an ICAR `Scam`, appearing in the `Indian Express` dated May 15, 2000;

(b) if so, whether any enquiry has been made to the allegations made therein; and

(c)if so, the details and the outcome thereof?
