(a) whether it is a fact that militant organisation named `Lashkar-E-Toiba activist` are setting up Cyber Cafe for spreading their operations in the country;
(b) if so, whether the Government have taken or propose to take any preventive action in this regard; and
(c) the details in this regard?

(a),(b)&(c): During interrogation of an accused in the Red Fort firing incident on 22nd December, 2000, it was revealed that a Computer Centre had been established by them in Delhi in the name of a local student, having internet and e-mail facilities. Further, investigations are in progress.
